Çiğdem Dağdelen graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She received additional training at the Executive Language School in Boston in 2006.
She began her professional career at PwC in 1996 and served in various positions there for 10 years. In 2006, she joined Mazars Turkey as a Senior Manager in the Outsourcing Department, where she worked for 8 years. During this time, she provided accounting, tax, and payroll consultancy services to companies in various sectors and managed projects in system integration, financial revision, and restructuring.
After leaving Mazars, she worked as the Accounting and Reporting Manager at Chubb Insurance, where she led the setup of the accounting infrastructure and reporting systems. She later served as Group CFO and Finance Director in different sectors, gaining deep expertise in financial management, audit, reporting, and process optimization.
In 2025, Dağdelen joined EUCORPS as a partner. She has extensive knowledge in Turkish Tax Legislation, Insurance Accounting, and ERP system implementation.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered with the Istanbul Chamber of CPAs and speaks advanced English.
She has volunteered for over 30 years at the Association for the Protection of Children and Social Services and currently serves on its Board of Directors, playing an active role in social responsibility projects.
