Fırat Bircan graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration at Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2019.
He began his career in KPMG’s Corporate Finance division and later worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as a banker. He also served as a manager in the Corporate Finance department at Ernst & Young.
He has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition projects both in Turkey and abroad, contributing to valuation and financial due diligence engagements across a wide range of industries.
Since 2025, he has been leading the Corporate Finance division under the EUFIN brand within EUCORPS.
Fırat Bircan holds a Chartered Financial Analyst Level I (CFA-I) qualification.
